Open Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › Add New Keyboard and pick ChatGIF. Then tap ChatGIF in the list and turn on Allow Full Access. In any app, hold the globe key to switch to it. Tap a GIF to copy it, then paste it into your message.

iOS only lets a keyboard read files saved by its app, and copy images, when Full Access is on. ChatGIF uses it for nothing else. It never records or sends what you type.

In a conversation, tap +, then More, and pick ChatGIF. Tap a GIF to add it to your message. This works without Full Access.

Any GIF you send works for everyone. You can also open a GIF in My GIFs, tap Share › Copy link, and paste the link anywhere. The link opens a page with your GIF.

Open the GIF in My GIFs, tap Share › Turn off link. The link stops working within 15 minutes.

AI can be unpredictable. Try describing the motion more clearly ("waves its paw", "spins around"), keep it to one main subject, or turn on "Best quality". If a GIF failed to make at all, it doesn't count toward your GIFs.

Every account gets 5 free GIFs each week. Plus gives you 20 a week and Max gives you 40. Your GIFs refill every week, and GIF packs add extra GIFs that never expire.

Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and pick ChatGIF. Cancel at least 24 hours before your plan renews. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Purchases are made through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the ChatGIF purchase.

In the app, go to Account and sign in with Apple on both phones. If you bought a plan before signing in, tap Restore purchases. GIFs you made are saved on your old phone, so save any you want to keep to Photos first.

In the app, go to Account › Delete account. This deletes your account, your GIF history and your shared links from our servers. It doesn't cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that in Settings too.
